Hi, I’m Tarynn. I’m a local mom, a longtime PNW resident, and I’m glad you’re here.

I understand how easily the physical demands of an active lifestyle and daily stress can settle into the body. As the owner and operator of Pacific Sol Massage, my mission is to provide a safe, restorative space designed to support your recovery and facilitate deep healing.

I believe every body carries a unique story, which is why your massage should be as individual as you are. My approach is rooted in intuition and collaboration, ensuring each session directly addresses your current physical state. By integrating clinical techniques like myofascial release, MET, structural alignment, joint mobilization, and deep tissue with the flow of Swedish, Shiatsu, or Thai massage, we can create a highly targeted experience. To further elevate your treatment, I incorporate therapeutic tools such as cupping therapy, hot stones, and hot towels where beneficial.

Whether you are navigating chronic pain, recovering from a persistent injury, or seeking a reprieve from mental burnout, my goal is to help you find relief. Together, we will work to ease tension and restore your sense of well-being, leaving you feeling renewed and ready for your next adventure.
