Welcome to Pacific Sol Massage! I'm Tarynn Kettel, owner of Pacific Sol Massage and a licensed massage therapist (MA61582656) practicing in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. As a certified Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) therapist through Knead Wellness and Learning Collective, I combine specialized clinical training with a deeply restorative approach to bodywork.

As a Pacific Northwest resident and a mom, I understand the active lifestyles and everyday stresses we all face. Whether you're a parent managing a busy household, a desk-jockey holding tension in your shoulders, an athlete recovering from training, or someone simply needing a moment to unwind, I believe massage therapy is a powerful tool for promoting overall well-being.

My passion lies in understanding how the body works and supporting its natural ability to heal, detoxify, and restore. In my practice, my priority is creating a safe, welcoming space where you can truly relax, release chronic tension, and support your nervous system.

Because everyone's needs are unique, I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all session. I blend advanced techniques—including light Vodder techniques, deep tissue work, myofascial release, structural alignment, cupping therapy, and hot stones—to create a highly personalized treatment tailored entirely to your goals.
